It all begins here. A thought becomes an emotion followed a reaction ...either positive or negative.
Either way from an early age through to adulthood our chosen responses and reactions are
determined by our stored memory of previous or similar experiences and how we processed the
information we saw, heard and felt.
We tend to store this information in various parts of our bodies. It is our negative thoughts and emotions
which have the potential to create dis-harmony and dis-ease within us. Equally our positive thoughts and
emotions have the potential to restore harmony and subsequently heal.
Basically there are only two emotions. Love and Fear. Love will always feel good whereas fear underlies every negative reaction. For the purpose of this article 'negative' is any thought, reaction or response
that is less than love. Simplified, if it is anything other than 'love' then it is negative.
